User ID:
Employee ID number, can be 5 through 8 digits, which can include any leading zeros.
Password:
Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number followed by your birth year (e.g. 67841974) (Your employee ID can be found on your paycheck or direct deposit advice. You can also ask your manager for your ID number.)
